Prior to his current position, Oliver Bronder worked for more than 20 years at Porsche Group across roles that included programme and features planning and later as head of production management and logistics. Prior to his positions at Porsche, he worked as consultant for strategy and processes at Hewlett Packard and inhouse consultant for sales vehicle processes at BMW Group. Oliver gained first experiences in the family dealership business and started his professional career at Unilever as a trainee and project manager for SAP in 1993.

She is playing an active role in leading the carmaker’s strategies for reducing emissions across logistics, and in digitalising more processes. Anouck Arnaud has been with Mercedes-Benz for many years in various purchasing and logistics role, including responsibility for procurement of contract logistics, as well as demand and capacity management for suppliers.

Martina Graser has led Ford Europe’s logistics and production planning since September 2022, with key focus areas including transportation capacity management, supply chain disruption mitigation, logistics decarbonization and digital transformation. Martina has more than 27 years’ experience with Ford, starting her career in various financial roles before joining the material planning and logistics (MP&L) division in 2017. Prior to her current role, she led Ford Europe’s vehicle logistics and customs team, where she oversaw the strategic and operational preparations for Brexit. She graduated from the University of Passau with a degree in Business Economics.

Dr Michael Nikolaides has led BMW Group’s logistics management since February 2022. He oversees all logistics functions as well as plant allocation and programme planning for the global production network. That includes long-term network design, packaging, responsibility for partner plants, overseas supply, vehicle distribution and supply chain digitalisation. He joined BMW in 2004 and has held roles across production, programme management and strategy, including most recently as senior vice-president for engines and electrified powertrains. Dr Nikolaides studied Physics at the Technical University of Munich and Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts and holds a doctorate in Physics.

Since summer 2023, Jean-Christophe (JC) Deville has been vice-president of supply chain for Toyota across Europe, responsible for inbound, vehicle logistics and service parts logistics, along with production control and supply chain planning and engineering processes, as well as digitalisation strategy across TME. JC was previously responsible for production parts and vehicle logistics, and he led vehicle logistics for the carmaker since 2021, taking the reins at a time of strong sales growth for Toyota. JC started his career in the mid 1990s at an automotive Tier-1 supplier, with positions in Europe and China. He joined Toyota in 1999, holding positions in purchasing, product planning and manufacturing. He strives to bring Toyota lean manufacturing methods across supply chain and logistics and to make the supply chain a competitive differentiator for Toyota.

Jean-Marc Carlicchi has more than 23 years’ experience across automotive supply chain, logistics, sales and operations planning (S&OP), packaging and manufacturing. Since November 2023, he took over global responsibility for supply chain engineering, which covers logistics network design, performance and costs for all parts and packaging logistics, vehicle logistics distribution, special supply chain projects, sustainability objectives and logistics centres. Jean-Marc Carlicchi was most recently vice-president of S&OP, steering supply chain during the Covid pandemic and semiconductor crisis. He also led manufacturing strategy, including optimising performance at French plants and as project leader for Renault Group’s electrification and recycling centres. He has held international assignments for Nissan and Renault in India, Spain and Romania. Earlier in his career, he spent two years working in Ghana for Total Logistics.

Müller has more than 20 years’ experience across logistics planning, operations and supply chain roles at Audi, Lamborghini and Volkswagen Group, with a strong track record in optimisation, cost and quality improvements. After finishing his engineering degree, he started his career at a first tier supplier before moving to the Volkswagen Group.

Matthias Braun is responsible for developing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain network for PowerCo, the battery cell production subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, which is establishing gigafactories across Europe and in other regions, with locations already confirmed including the first at Salzgitter, Germany, and upcoming factories in St Thomas, Ontario, Canada and Sagunto, near Valencia, Spain. Braun took on the role in January 2022 shortly after the company was formed, responsible for the logistics across battery cell production, including planning, network design, organisation and operational material flow and defining the digital support for manufacturing and logistics. Prior to this, Matthias Braun was head of digitalisation and new concept development at Volkswagen Konzernlogistik (Group Logistics), which manages logistics across group brands, where he was responsible for implementing new technologies in supply chain management, including artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles. He joined Volkswagen in 1999 and has worked within different logistic organisations of the VW Group in areas including pre-series logistics, order management, inbound logistics and network planning.

He has been with JLR since 2018 in a variety of purchasing roles for vehicle programmes. Gabriel Werner helps customers from industrial manufacturing and logistics to digitize their supply chains.  Prior to his currently role, he held the position as Vice President Manufacturing for the DACH Region and Vice President of Solutions Advisory for Blue Yonder in the EMEA region.     He joined Blue Yonder in April 2011 as a senior solutions advisor helping companies improve their supply chain performance through the use of technology. He progressed through various roles and was promoted to vice president in 2018. Prior to joining Blue Yonder, he was a senior business consultant for Infor.       When asked about his business philosophy, Gabriel likes to say: “Do it by the book but be the author.” Gabriel believes the time invested in deeply understanding a customer’s needs yields the highest return. That is why he and his team take the time to really understand the issues facing a customer before recommending solutions to solve those needs. It’s that attitude that earned him an invite to Blue Yonder’s annual reward trip for sales and those making an impact on sales called Club, in 2015 and again in 2020.      Gabriel has a Diplom degree (Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing. – a five-year degree similar to a master’s level) in industrial engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Karlsruhe, Germany. He is a member of the nonprofit association BVL (Bundesvereinigung Logistik), which aims to promote an awareness for the importance of logistics and supply chain management in industry, science and the public sphere.    Gabriel lives in Munich, Germany, with his wife and their two children). Henner Lehne is vice president of Global Vehicle Forecasting for the Automotive team at S&P Global Mobility (formerly IHS Markit). He manages the global vehicle sales and production forecast services and leads an experienced analyst team in each of the world's key automotive regions. Since December 2011, he has also managed the global vehicle production team. He first joined in 2005 in what was then CSM Worldwide, and became global director for the vehicle sales forecast service in 2008, a position he maintained after the merger of CSM and Global Insight, which later became part of IHS Markit. He previously worked in the central marketing department at Porsche in Stuttgart, Germany. Henner Lehne holds a degree in international business and marketing from Fontys University of Professional Education in the Netherlands.
