Conference postponed but NOT cancelled

In light of the continued escalation of the coronavirus and curtailment of travel for many of our sponsors, speakers and delegates, we have decided to postpone this year’s Automotive Logistics Europe conference, scheduled for the 15-17 June at The Kempinski Frankfurt, Germany.

This isn’t a decision we have taken lightly but the wellbeing and safety of our employees, customers, and partners is our primary concern.

We’ve have been monitoring the local, regional and global situations and the potential impact on our all of our conferences this year. We’ve also been speaking regularly with our sponsors, speakers and partners to understand their positions and concerns and to decide the best course of action for our upcoming conferences.

We believe the decision to postpone is in the best interests of everyone involved in Automotive Logistics Europe 2020 but to reiterate, it is only a postponement…NOT a cancellation.

Our team is now working hard to secure a new date for later on in the year and we will update you in the coming days on this and our future plans.

In the meantime, if you have any specific questions about Automotive Logistics Europe 2020 or any thoughts, advice or direct feedback on the impact of COVID-19, then please contact us at

Business as usual

For our other events, we are pleased to confirm that the Finished Vehicle Logistics Import Export conference in August and our flagship Automotive Logistics Global conference in Detroit in September are unaffected and it is business as usual. And similarly, Automotive Logistics UK will return again in December.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult period and we continue to send you our best wishes and well-being.
