Andrew is a partner in the KPMG restructuring business in the UK. He has almost 25 years experience in guiding clients through challenging situations.

Andrew is a partner in the KPMG Restructuring business inthe UK. He has almost 25 years of professional experience in successfully guiding clients through challenging situations where problems need fixing. His experience includes:

  • · Advising on specific matters such as supplier difficulties and the threat to production/creating brand damage
  • · Improving cash flow forecasting/cash generation
  • · Challenging strategy and growing sales revenues/margin
  • · Designing and implementing turnaround programmes of complex groups in the public and private sectors

Andrew also has a background in investment banking and debt advisory, meaning that he is well placed to work alongside clients experiencing stress and distress as they manage stakeholders selling all or part of their businesses.

In addition, Andrew is the lead in Restructuring for supply chain risk management/third party risk management and has advised many clients on such issues including the improvement of existing supply chain/third party operating models and the identification and mitigation of specific supplier failure situations in the UK and across Europe, particularly in the automotive and defence sectors.

Andrew is also the KPMG restructuring sector lead for two sectors (food manufacturing, plant hire) and, together with his colleague Mark Orton, co-leads the automotive sector.
