Jian has a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma Degree in Business Administration. With his more than 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement, Jian has been working for different multinational automotive and manufacturing companies in different functions and countries (HELLA Group, Liebherr Group, Robert Bosch GmbH). At the meantime Jian is a certified Senior Project Manager according to International Project Management Association and used his professional project management expertise as a senior project manager in his management consulting career in cooperation with Top 500 Forbes Global companies. Jian has deep knowledge in global end-to-end supply chain and procurement management. Currently he is leading the HELLA corporate supply chain risk management team with the target to set up an end-to-end supply chain risk management process by implementation of new technologies across different business functions (Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales) worldwide.

Lars Bäumann recently played a lead role in defining and shaping digital strategies for corporate IT processes across global Volkswagen passenger car operations. He worked and lived in Germany, Slovak Republic and Mexico over the last 40 years and has held a variety of roles across the carmaker in areas IT and Operations. Lars also is a long-time member of Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL), the German Logistics Association, where he has helped oversee scientific logistics projects. Since he now lives again in Mexico he was appointed in 2020 as BVL Representative for Mexico.

Daniel has over 10 years of experience in business intelligence and now leads the new business intelligence unit at Ultima Media producing reports, analysis, forecasts and market commentary on a wide range of industry issues. Daniel began his career in automotive research as an Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers researching automotive emission reducing technologies by quantifying and predicting the financial impact that European Commission CO2 targets would have upon the major European automotive groups BMW, Daimler, Fiat, PSA and VW Group. Previously, Daniel worked for business intelligence specialist Visiongain as the Head of Reports, leading the automotive market intelligence reports on a wide range of CASE technologies.

Bettina is Chief of Staff and Global Smart Mobility Lead at SEMI – the global industry association representing electronics manufacturing and design supply chain. She has held a variety of roles within SEMI since joining in 1996 and is currently responsible for developing strategy and global implementation plans of SEMI’s Smart Transportation vertical platform, with its current emphasis on the automotive electronics supply chain. Prior to joining SEMI, Bettina held sales and marketing positions at Metron Semiconductor and Varian Semiconductor in Munich, Germany. She holds a BA from the International School for Applied Languages in Munich, Germany, and is a certified translator for Anglo-American Law and Economics.

Johannes Koch is an expert in the field of finished vehicle logistics. Building on his extensive knowledge of the outbound supply chain, from both a manufacturer and a service provider perspective, Johannes is currently growing the European business of ICL Systems, a pioneer for SaaS solutions in automotive logistics. Prior to his current position, he was responsible for setting up and managing the European logistics operations of Sino-German automobile manufacturer Borgward. In addition to his Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick, Johannes holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Forwarding, Transport and Logistics). He is enthusiastic about startups and solutions for a digitized and sustainable supply chain.

Selma Maia, based in Turin, Italy, is a senior logistics executive with extensive experience leading and developing automotive supply chains in LATAM and currently globally for the aftermarket business at CNH Industrial. Selma joined CNH Industrial in 2009, as Transportation leader in LATAM, then developed and coordinated the S&OP area and before moving to Turin 2 years ago, was responsible for the Metallic Commodity in Purchasing. Selma’s experience also includes 10 years working for Volkswagen do Brasil, holding various logistics leaderships roles and 1 year with Renault do Brasil leading the Industrial Logistics. She has diploma in International Business Administration from the University of Joinville and believes that diversity and inclusion, besides curiosity, open the doors for creativity and professional growth.

Jérémie is the director for the Autonomy and Automotive E/E & Semiconductor service at IHS Market, responsible for the new automotive E/E and Semi service that oversees electronics/electric architectures and their implementation down at the semiconductor level. In 2021 he also took responsibility for the autonomous driving research team with a focus on driver assistance, sensors, autonomous vehicles, and mobility. Since joining IHS Markit in 2010, he has developed and led the automotive electronics and semiconductor practice for the technology team, pioneering market research for automotive semiconductors. In 2000, Jérémie co-founded Wicht Technologie Consulting (WTC)and headed market research for MEMS & Sensors until its acquisition by iSuppli in 2008.

Gabriël Koetsier joined Neste, a company creating solutions for combating climate change and accelerating a shift to a circular economy in the beginning of 2020. Neste is the world's leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel. Gabriël has a background in the Aviation industry. After working almost 25 years for KLM Royal Dutch airlines in several commercial functions with a proven track record in managing and restructuring big commercial departments. He's also very experienced in Key account sales management looking for, and creating win-win situations. Currently he’s building Neste's renewable aviation fuels business unit with his colleagues.

Sanjiv Takyar is the Head of Innovation, Solutioning and Strategic Marketing at CHEP Automotive and Industrial Solutions, a global pooling business and subsidiary of Brambles. In this role Sanjiv is responsible for creating best in class innovative supply chain solutions with current areas of focus that include supply chain visibility, packaging for EV components and sustainability. Sanjiv has been with the business for over 13 years and has a background in Product Development and Engineering in a variety of manufacturing industries including Automotive and consumer electronics.

Philip Damas is in charge of Drewry Supply Chain Advisors, the logistics practice of the Drewry group, and is a managing director of Drewry Shipping Consultants. Prior to joining Drewry in 2005, Philip worked for CMA CGM and the container shipping consortium Cobra in various management and financial control roles until 1990. He then spent the 1990s analysing the logistics policies of exporters/importers and of logistics service providers when working with American Shipper and Containerisation International. Philip then became a founding director of the shipping research and database company ComPairData. At Drewry, Philip has advised exporters, importers, lenders and ports on logistics, freight rates, seafreight procurement, supply chains and markets. He has presented papers at conferences in Asia, the United States and Europe. Philip holds an MBA from the University of Bradford Management Centre and a B. Sc. and M.Sc. Finance from the University of Strasbourg.

Ruud Vossebeld has been active for INFORM since 2010 as Director Business Development focusing on automotive logistics. With his background in the automotive industry (DAF Trucks, Nissan Europe) and supply chain software (Baan Company and global supply chain software companies) he is interested in new innovations in the area of automotive, technology and logistics and believes that further digitalization, optimization and transformation of the automotive industry are the most exciting topics for the next 10 years. INFORM provides the automotive OEM’s and the logistic service providers with intelligent software helping to increase efficiencies in their network, transport or compound activities which help also to more sustainable solutions.

Axel joined Ford Werke in 2000 and has held a variety of positions within the organisation; two years as a graduate trainee in job rotation followed by three years as a logistics engineer. He moved to Ford’s Saarlouis plant in 2005 working as its Supply Chain Manager/External Logistics Coordinator. Axel returned to Cologne in 2008 to his current position of Carline Supervisor MF&PE. He is currently involved in major launches at Ford’s Valencia (Spain) plant. Axel holds a BSc Logistics Management from Venlo, Netherlands in 1998 and a MSc International Logistics from Plymouth, UK in 1999.

Hans Cremers is Senior Manager Supply Chain Purchasing at Toyota Motor Europe. This newly created team is responsible for purchasing logistics services for the production parts, service parts and vehicle logistics network. Hans’ role is to lead the integration of those different responsibilities into one team. Prior to taking the lead of Supply Chain Purchasing in 2017, Hans spent 12 years in various parts purchasing roles in TME and was a global project manager for the new TNGA engine at Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan.
