During an Ideas lab workshop at Automotive Logistics and Supply Chain Global Live in Detroit, stakeholders from across the North American vehicle logistics chain discussed challenges, best practices and technology to reduce and prevent vehicle damages. Dennis Manns, from North Motors Group, and a veteran of the vehicle logistics industry including at American Honda, shares key insights and solutions from the workshop, including the value of connected information and visibility of damage potential upstream and downstream in the supply chain.

He also looks ahead to Finished Vehicle Logistics North America, which will be held November 9-11 in Newport Beach, California, on the key systems and processes that will support improved tracking and visibility in the supply chain.
