Dent Wizard is a leading provider of small-to-medium area repair techniques (SMART) in North America and offers services and products, such as hail damage repairs, to the automotive industry. KhS, meanwhile, provides high-volume automotive services, including repair, claims and appraisal, to leading automotive OEMs and insurers, primarily in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Terry Koebbe, president and CEO of Dent Wizard (pictured), said that the combined technological resources of each company would allow for better and more efficient services for their combined customer base.

“This acquisition is a clear indicator of our commitment to invest in Dent Wizard and support our customers to successfully grow our business,” added Koebbe.

Scott Blind, will continue in his role as president of KhS and oversee all catastrophe and hail operations for Dent Wizard.

“The KhS team is excited to partner with Dent Wizard and is looking forward to the new opportunities and solutions we can bring to our clients,” he said.

KhS' European and rest-of-world business remains independent of the Dent Wizard buyout.
