Developing an inclusive and diverse workforce, and especially increasing opportunities and career paths for women, has become a crucial factor in driving supply chain performance, fostering creative and productive working environments and addressing labour shortages across the value chain, from truck drivers to the boardroom.
This session features inspirational, forward-thinking leaders from a diversity of companies and sectors, including Nissan, IAC Group, Ryder and a special guest from Amazon, as well as leading roles in supply chain from chief supply chain officer to those leading central support functions, health and safety. They describe how automotive organisations can further diversify their talent and support women in the supply chain, and offer personal, practical advise for women to progress in their career, and for all employees to support working environments for women and diverse groups of employees.
