Packaging is one of the least talked about parts of the automotive supply chain, yet it shapes everything from costs and compliance to efficiency and sustainability. As regulations tighten and automotive supply chains grow more complex, packaging can be the deciding factor in how well the entire network performs.

In this livestream, OEM packaging leaders will share how a move toward reusable, modular packaging is transforming operations across Europe and beyond. From cutting waste and freight costs to meeting new EU packaging rules, they’ll explore how packaging can shift from a background detail to a real competitive advantage.

What you’ll hear about:

  • Why returnable packaging is becoming a key lever for reducing cost and waste
  • What upcoming EU rules mean for packaging – and how to stay compliant
  • How modular, standardised designs can reduce touchpoints and improve efficiency
  • The role of RFID tracking and Container Management Centres in protecting assets
  • Building a circular, future-ready packaging system that balances investment with running costs

This session will bring theory into practice, with practical examples to help you build a stronger business case inside your own organisation.
