DHL Supply Chain shakes up its global leadership team

Sureddin led DHL Supply Chain to double the size of its business in North America and the company said he was instrumental in the development of product solutions that addressed current and anticipated customer challenges, ultimately cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

Kelleher moves from his role as global chief development officer, a role he has been in since 2018 driving the division’s successful evolution, championing change and accelerated growth, according to the company. Markus Voss will move to that role on July 1, 2024. In turn, Mauricio Barros, currently senior vice-president of global operations for DHL Supply Chain, will move to become global chief operations officer, also at the beginning of July.

Kelleher brings experience from previous management roles. He joined the DHL Group in 1992 as supply chain engineer in project and account management and sales.

Voss is currently serving as the division’s global chief information officer and chief operations officer and has been instrumental in driving performance-focused standardisation and implementation of new technologies including automation and robotics. In his new role he will lead the development of DHL Supply Chain and also oversee the teams of Service Logistics, Solutions Design, and all strategic growth products. His move results in a split of the responsibilities in the previous role and Sally Miller, currently chief information officer for North America and Global Digital Transformation Officer, will assume the position of global chief information officer in July. Her expanded role will encompass her existing responsibilities as digital transformation officer. Miller joined the company in 2005 and has held various senior management positions throughout her tenure.

Mauricio Barros joined DHL Group in Brazil in 2002 and has since held numerous management roles across Latin America, including president of DHL Supply Chain in Brazil.
