Chris Connor is president and chief executive of AAPA, which represents around 130 public port authorities across the US, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean and the full range of cargo types. He took on the role in October 2019 and has 40 years of maritime and logistics experience, including most recently as president and CEO of ocean carrier and vehicle logistics provider Wallenius Wilhelmsen, where he previously held a range of global positions. Chris Connor is currently a board member of ocean and vehicle logistics provider Pasha Group. He previously served on the executive committee and board of the American Maritime Partnership, which represents the US domestic maritime industry.

Daniel Gosson

Daniel Gosson focuses on finished vehicle logistics and optimisation at INFORM, a specialist software and systems providers in the supply chain and logistics sector. With a passion for lean strategy and digitalization, Daniel specialises in compound management, network planning, and transport management, working with OEMs and 3PLs alike to leverage INFORM’s hybrid-AI and mathematical optimisation solutions. Previous experience working in automotive production and demand capacity planning has afforded Daniel the unique experience of understanding the entire supply chain from raw material supplier to dealer. As a graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, he holds a degree in marketing and business administration.

Justin Newell

Justin Newell has been responsible for strategy, business development and growth in North America for INFORM since 2019, including its AI-based software solutions across sectors including automotive, aviation, insurance and banking. He has more than 20 years’ experience in supply chain and logistics leadership roles, including as general manager for a major vehicle carrier, and nearly 15 years at Porsche North America, where he held roles in purchasing and supplier management, and later led the company’s vehicle logistics and port operations. He has a BA from Concordia College.
