My PartsHub is directly connected to the Daimler Truck Global Parts Center in Halberstadt which stocks 300,000 spare parts for trucks, buses and special-purpose vehicles

According to the commercial vehicle maker, My PartsHub simplifies and accelerates the distribution of more than 300,000 spare parts for trucks and special-purpose vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Trucks & Buses, Setra and Fuso in Germany, and other European markets (see box). Further expansion across Europe will follow by spring 2026.

My PartsHub is directly connected to the 260,000 sq.m Daimler Truck Global Parts Center in Halberstadt, which opened in July this year and is currently being put into operation in stages. Daimler Truck said that connection ensures fast and efficient supply of spare truck parts to the aftersales logistics network for both trucks and buses.

The Global Parts Center receives line items from 2,600 suppliers and serves 20 regional logistics centres worldwide for onward delivery to almost 3,000 dealers in 170 countries. Day-to-day operations, including logistics for incoming and outgoing parts, as well as management of the parts warehouse, will be managed by DP World.

The platform’s connection to the logistics centre ensures fast and efficient supply of truck spare parts to Daimler Truck's aftersales logistics network, said the company. Customers who have Mercedes-Benz buses or Setra buses in their fleet in addition to Mercedes-Benz trucks can register their vehicles directly in the system and purchase bus spare parts via the new online shop.

There are 12 main parts categories to search, with options to select more specific spare parts via the online catalogue. According to Daimler Truck, the search function allows access to exploded drawings, in which complicated vehicle components such as engines or transmission assemblies are broken down into their individual parts.

Access to My PartsHub is via the central registration platform User Management After Sales for Mercedes-Benz Trucks applications. Those registered with the existing Daimler Truck WebParts portal are automatically migrated to the new platform.
