Slovenia’s port of Koper a gateway for Vinfast deliveries to Europe Electric vehicle (EV) maker VinFast will begin importing vehicles to Europe from Vietnam through the Slovenian port of Koper following a recent agreement signed with the port’s operator, Luka Koper.
