The most important vehicle logistics gathering in North America is returning this November in California for the first in-person meeting since 2019. Howard Chang

Senior Manager, North American Vehicle Logistics and Port Operation

Howard is responsible for overseeing all vehicle logistical activities from Port to Dealer in the United States. His task is to plan, organize and manage the process to ensure all Porsche vehicles are properly received and delivered. Prior to this position, Howard was responsible for Delivery Quality. Howard has been with Porsche since 2003 and held various positions within the company.


Patrick Manzi

Patrick Manzi is NADA’s Chief Economist. In this role, Patrick works with both NADA as well the American Truck Dealers (ATD), a division of NADA. Patrick regularly speaks to various audiences about the auto industry and is responsible for many of the association’s monthly and annual economic reports including NADA Data and ATD Data. Prior to joining NADA Patrick was a graduate research assistant at the West Virginia University Bureau of Business and Economic Research where he co-authored several economic impact reports for public and private clients in West Virginia and the surrounding regions. A native West Virginian, Patrick received both his undergraduate and doctorate degrees in Economics from West Virginia University. Patrick currently resides in Falls Church, VA.

Chris Styles

Senior Director Supply Chain Management Logistics

Chris Styles is vice president, supply chain management, North America. He was appointed to this position in March 2021. In this role, Styles is responsible for overseeing supply chain activities for all production parts and finished vehicle distribution in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Previously, Styles was senior director of supply chain logistics, Nissan U.S., where he was responsible for finished vehicle and inbound production parts logistics, supplier packaging engineering and logistics strategy for the U.S, Canada, and Mexico. Styles has worked as director of logistics for the U.S. and Canada in Nissan's supply chain management organization, director of purchasing for Nissan's Mexico operations, as well as director of purchasing for logistics and aftermarket and accessory parts for the Americas region.

Steven Jernigan is Director for Finished Vehicle Logistics. A position to which he was appointed in April 2020. He is responsible for Finished Vehicles, Exports and SCM Strategy. Steven joined Nissan in 2010 in the Purchasing Service and Support area as Regional Supplier Performance Manager of Supply Chain Services. In 2014 Steven took over as Director of Purchasing with various responsibilities over the last six years in Service and Support as well as Bought out Parts. Prior to joining Nissan Steven worked for Dell Inc and Fedex Ground with various increasing levels of responsibilities within Manufacturing, Materials, Six Sigma, Project management, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management and Procurement. Steven holds degrees in Business Administration from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga and a Masters of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.


Anu Goel

Executive Vice-President, Group After Sales & Service

Anu and the parts logistics team are responsible for the total supply chain management of service parts for Volkswagen Group of America (VWGoA), including product definition, cataloging, procurement, materials management, quality, dealer support, warehousing and transportation. Along with the vehicle logistics team, he is also responsible for activities (including port operations) supporting the distribution of finished vehicles in the US. Prior to working with Volkswagen, Anu spent over three years with Case New Holland (Fiat Group), most recently as as Vice-President, North and South American Parts Operations; and 23 years with Ford, where he served most recently as Director, Global Parts Supply and Logistics.

Alfredo Riquelme is a graduate from UNAM university in Mexico city with a degree in Electromechanical engineering. With over 30 years of experience working in the Automotive and Equipment sectors, he has held a number of senior purchasing and logistics roles. He joined Renault in 2000, leading projects within the purchasing function. For the last 15 years he's responsible for the Finished Vehicles Logistics and Distribution in Mexico, ensuring a fluid and efficient supply chain from production to dealer networks.
