THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING AUTOMOTIVE LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN DIGITAL STRATEGIES CONFERENCE 2023

The first Automotive Logistics & Supply Chain Digital Strategies conference, was held in Munich on November 6-7, 2023, and delved deep into how OEMs, suppliers and logistics providers can digitise the whole value chain. We know that improving transparency, navigating disruptions, optimising data and increasing predictability are key challenges for all stakeholders – and that implementing a digital strategy will go a long way to resolve those challenges. But how do you actually do that and what steps need to be taken to fully take advantage of new technologies and digital innovations?

The acceleration of digitalisation across the supply chain is why Automotive Logistics launched its first event dedicated to scaling opportunities which increase visibility, efficiency and value, across the whole supply chain.

The Automotive Logistics & Supply Chain Digital Strategies conference explored successful digitalisation strategies from automotive logistics leaders and technology experts. It featured in-depth panel discussions and insights on what technology best fits key supply chain objectives, on how to prioritise digital investments and develop a culture and workforce that embraces new systems and processes. Above all, it explored how the automotive supply chain can capture greater value from data.

The experts talked about big ideas and practical solutions, enabling you to:

  • Develop a digitalisation strategy and process which engenders a collaborative approach
  • Understand how the industrial metaverse will transform logistics and supply chain management
  • Achieve greater visibility through the use of an improved transport management system, intelligent control towers and cloud integration
  • Move from legacy IT systems and siloed data, to better EDI and API integration, overcoming interoperability challenges, ownership and trust issues along the way
  • Protect your end-to-end supply chain from malicious cyberattacks
  • Build an agile, collaborative work culture which responds to challenges harmoniously within a data-centric environment

Don’t miss your chance to be part of next year's event and be at the vanguard of the digital transformation within automotive logistics and supply chain.

visibility and transparency

Visibility and transparency

Exploring best practice and strategies to gain real-time visibility in automotive logistics, from R&D to Tier-N suppliers to final customers through control towers, real-time tracking technology and data exchange initiatives across stakeholders, including Catena-X.
gaining value from data

Gaining value from data

The supply chain is already the source of so much information, but the event will focus on ensuring automotive logistics stakeholders use data to drive better decisions and create more predictive supply chain planning, including using AI and machine learning to support decision making in optimal, sustainable supply chain design.
logistics automation

Logistics automation

Experts will show how advanced technology is now making it more possible to automate logistics processes and operations, from lineside and warehouse handling, through to inbound and finished vehicle logistics network design
and optimisation.
building an agile logistics culture

Building an agile logistics culture

Digital transformation cannot come from technology alone, but requires changes to working practices, training and ways of working across the supply chain. The event will offer insights into how manufacturers and logistics providers are adapting to be data-driven, digital and agile organisations.
