Jeff Morrison is GM’s top purchasing executive, with full responsibility for GM’s global purchasing of material, commodities and logistics, a position he has held since April 2022. Since then, he has actively led a strategy to increase GM’s supply chain resiliency, security and flexibility across critical supply and service areas, including in batteries and EV, semiconductors, logistics and more. He has more than 25 years of experience in the global automotive industry and has been at GM since 2006, with roles in global engineering, procurement and logistics organisations in the US and Germany. Prior to his current role, Morrison was responsible for GM’s global electrified vehicle hardware development, which includes overall electric vehicle propulsion calibration and driving performance. In this position, she manages all logistics services for inland transport (known as Regional Logistics Centers) to move production parts and service parts cost effectively and on time across North America assembly and manufacturing plants, as well as the distribution of finished vehicles in North America, and the import and export of material and vehicles in and out of the region. She is also responsible for logistics quality, interregional flows and transport operations in Detroit, Michigan, Toledo, Ohio and Windsor, Ontario. Mercedes Figueroa has more than 25 years of supply chain experience having held a wide variety of management positions in procurement, finance, customs, logistics, operations, and strategic network optimization. She began her career with Chrysler Mexico and has also managed international logistics operations for Europe, Asia and South America. From 2014 to 2017, she was the head of logistics, customs and damage prevention for FCA Mexico.

De la Torre recently led Nissan Americas Semiconductor Supply Crisis Management Strategy enabling incremental production volume during the severe global supply crisis, receiving the 2021 Global Nissan President Special Award in recognition of his leadership and his teams’ contribution. Since joining Nissan in 1989 he has successfully implemented global innovations, improvements and strategies across new model launches in Mexico, Brazil and USA, dealer and manufacturing order-to-delivery and vehicle allocation in the Americas markets, and global sales planning and car flow management in Japan. Marzell Bandur is responsible for transport management, digital and IT innovations across the tier-1 supplier’s global logistics. The system has also had a successful rollout across North America. Ana Lucia Ochoa leads supply chain functions across the driveline division at American Axle Manufacturing (AAM), which produces rear-wheel drive, all-wheel drive and four-wheel drive systems for internal combustion, hybrid electric and full electric vehicles. She took on her current role in February 2024, having most recently led supply chain management for the company’s metal forming division. Based at the manufacturer’s headquarters in Michigan, Ana Lucia Ochoa oversees sales and operations planning (S&OP), plan for every part, inventory management, forecasting and tracking, as well as logistics management. In her corporate role, she also helps define and meet supply chain and logistics targets across the organisation. Ana Lucia Ochoa has more than 15 years’ experience at AAM across both Mexico and the US, and has held a wide range of roles in supply chain, logistics and procurement across the company. She has degrees in supply chain and logistics, and international trade business from the University of Guanajuato in Mexico. As well as supply chain strategy and leadership, she is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion at AAM and the automotive supply chain.

Benjamin Pohl has been with Ford Motor Company for over 12 years, nearly half of which has been spent in Ford’s NA vehicle logistics quality department. He is responsible for overseeing all the operations related to damage claims, shipment quality, transportation damage, and testing of all future model products, focused on improving quality, modernizing the business, leveraging emerging technologies, and improving the end customers’ experience. With a current focus on a major improvement to Ford’s damage-free delivery performance by implementing automated vehicle inspection technologies that are supported with AI at strategic locations and intelligent vehicle tracking sensors to identify where rough rail handling is occurring in real-time, innovation is integral in the strategy on reducing damage while vehicles are being transported. With that, Benjamin is also Ford’s subject-matter-expert on car hauling and rail conveyance along with other modes of vehicle shipping. Previously, Benjamin focused on inbound logistics and manufacturing, leading a small team that delivered defect-free bills of material for various vehicles from prototype builds to final production. When he isn’t working, he enjoys cooking, travelling (especially to wineries) and spending time with friends and family.

The property also includes 15 acres of land with additional warehousing capacity.
