Carlos has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of the Americas, Puebla (UDLAP), a Master degree in Logistics and more than 20 years’ experience in supply chain management, working for global companies such as SKF, Kautex Textron, JCI, Benteler, SAS and Bocar Group in just-in-time and just-in-sequence environments. From 2011 to date, Carlos has been contributing to the development of a new lean logistics operation at Bocar Group, helping it to meet high customer expectations with top quality levels while reducing logistics costs.
