Hakan Bicil (left) has moved from his role as executive vice president and head of strategic business development at Panalpina to take up a position as chief commercial officer at Ceva Logistics. He replaces Inna Kuznetsova.

Prior to the role with Panalpina, Bicil was managing director of the EMEA region for Toll Global Forwarding and has also previously worked at Kuehne + Nagel. During his 20 years in supply chain and logistics management he has held a number of senior executive roles and his expertise spans contract logistics and freight management.
