Juan is a native Mexican with 21 years of experience in the automotive and transport industries. He has held management positions in Germany, South Africa, the United States and Mexico, focusing on such areas as programme management, start-ups, P&L improvements and financial/operational turnarounds. In his current role, he has responsibility for all the manufacturing and quality activities of FIS in Mexico, including programme management, engineering and local customer interfaces. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the UDLA-Puebla and an MBA from the University of Texas. He also holds several diplomas from the ITESM, Nelson Mandela University, Lancom Finance and Management Institute and the London Business School, among others.
