Laura Pérez Grovas is responsible for the supply chain at Jose Cuervo, the world’s largest tequila maker and one of Mexico’s best-known brands. She has nearly 15 years of supply chain management experience in the food and drink sector (FMCG), having overseen demand and production planning, customer service, logistics and transport management for major companies including Bonafont-Danone Waters, Dr Pepper Snapple Group and McCain Foods.
