Dr. Oleg Gusikhin is Technical Leader in IoT and Analytics Innovations in the Ford Global Data, Insight and Analytics Organization (GDI&A). Before joining GDI&A in January 2018, he led the Advanced Connected Services and Mobility Applications department at Ford Research & Advanced Engineering. He has over 25 years of experience in leading the design and implementation of advanced information technology, intelligent control and analytics for supply chain, manufacturing and vehicle systems. Dr. Gusikhin is a recipient of 2014 Daniel H. Wagner Prize for Excellence in Operations Research Practice, 2013 INFORMS Prize, 2009 Institute of Industrial Engineers Transactions Best Application Paper Prize in Scheduling and Logistics and two Henry Ford Technology Awards. He is an APICS Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Control and an Industry Vice-Chair of the IFAC Technical Committee “Manufacturing Modeling for Management and Control”.
