UK-based finished vehicle services provider, Paragon Vehicle Services, has promoted its current director, Paul Bromley, to the role of managing director over its operations in the UK.

Bromley will continue to report to Stephen Hucklesby, chief executive of the Paragon Group.

“Paul’s promotion to managing director recognises his contribution to Paragon Group, and I know that our Vehicle Services operations will continue to grow under his leadership,” said Hucklesby.

Prior to his tenure at Paragon, Bromley headed vehicle logistics operations at Toyota in the UK for 21 years.

Paragon Vehicle Services handles over 500,000 vehicles from its sites in Chaul End, Portbury, Ellesmere Port, Burnaston, and at the port of Tyne.

At each site the company can provide services for the preparation, defleeting and remarketing of vehicles. It handles customs services and storage, along with volume processing, standard fitment of UK market required items and specialised vehicle conversions.

In total the business occupies 12 sites with 158 hectares of storage and 58,500 sq.m of vehicle processing facilities. Each year Paragon handles more than 750,000 vehicles, of which more than 460,000 are new.

It operates a fleet of 110 transporters and 150 single move drivers to ensure nationwide logistics coverage.
