QAD, a provider of software solutions for manufacturers around the world, has announced that it will be providing logistics evaluation and management operation training to suppliers in Mexico.
The company, which provides resource planning systems and manages finances, manufacturing demands, and supply chain operations, made the announcement at a meeting of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) last week.
AIAG is a not-for-profit organisation of automotive companies that cooperate on supply chain solutions.
QAD will be delivering the training course, “Global MMOG/LE Implementation Training: Level 1 in Spanish on October 14th and December 2nd of this year.
The training will assist suppliers in creating a materials plan and effective logistics management system. Suppliers will be shown how to complete an MMOG/LE supplier self-assessment, and will learn the importance of continuous progression within their individual specialties.
