Eagle Mark 4, which deals in aftermarket parts for terminal and yard tractors, has opened a new warehouse in Wilmington, North Carolina. The facility will provide over 1,000 clients with next-day ground shipping services on all yard truck part orders.

The company said its truck yard inventory has grown by over 6,000 units, with the company’s IT director Charles Smith claiming this makes it the largest inventory of yard truck parts in the US.

The expansion began in January and is expected to provide low-cost services to its customers. The group will maintain its accustomed ordering and billing process.

“This new facility will further decrease downtime for our clients’ units and increase our low-cost next-day shipping territory to include more customers,” said Jeff Covert, parts specialist at Eagle Mark 4.

Eagle Mark 4 was founded in Ohio in 1977, with the purpose of supplying yard trucks and terminal tractor equipment to the eastern US regions, as well as service parts on a global scale. It now provides for customers in over 97 countries.
