Awarded to the (large – fleet of +100 units) finished vehicle logistics road-based provider who has consistently delivered integrated road-based logistics and value-added services across OEM and customer networks in North America. In choosing finalists, judges will consider the overall value, quality and service proposition that road-based partners and carriers offered throughout all or part of the past year.
Judges will consider all types of service, technology or equipment providers to road-based vehicle logistics in North America, including but not limited to:
- · Trucking providers and carriers offering regional, national or cross-border services

Judges Criteria
Judges will assess the FVL North America Trucking Service Provider of the Year considering the following criteria.
Ontime performance: How well providers matched or exceeded expectations in providing ontime road-based vehicle logistics services, including pickups, handoffs, loading/unloading or final delivery, as well as accurate, updated ETA visibility
Damage prevention and safety: How well providers matched or exceeded expectations in providing low-damage road-based vehicle logistics, as well as in ensuring safe, injury-free operations
Innovation: How well providers matched or exceeded expectations in providing innovations in road-based vehicle logistics, including but not limited to systems, visibility, processes, customer service, performance or sustainability
Customer service: How well providers matched or exceeded expectations in providing customer service in road-based vehicle logistics, including flexibility and responsiveness
Value: How well providers matched or exceeded in offering the best value-for-money proposition in road-based vehicle logistics
