Siobhan Aarons is Global Customs & Trade Counsel at Delphi Technologies, an automotive technology company providing electric vehicle and internal combustion engine propulsion solutions, solving emissions and fuel economy challenges for the world’s leading OEMs. She advises on international trade compliance, developing policy and supporting optimisation. Her experience covers Customs, trade preference, export controls and sanctions regulation and operational impact in a number of jurisdictions. Siobhan is the chair of SMMT’s International Trade Working Group and sits on various UK, EU and US committees on international trade including the EU Commission’s trade consultative group for Customs. Previous to being in industry, Siobhan worked in the UK government on trade facilitation policy.
