JSR Supply Chain SolutionsJeffrey Richards has spent his career in the automotive industry with General Motors, Delphi, and Aptiv. After receiving his Masters and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon, he spent the first part of his career in Engineering before focusing on Supply Chain. Since 2000, he has been responsible for Supply Chain Operations and had various Sr. Executive roles in Logistics, Production Control (Materials Management) and Supplier Quality. He has also spent 3 years located in Shanghai, China, responsible for Asia Pacific Logistics for Delphi. Jeff has led all elements of Supply Chain Operations and has had responsibility for more than $1B in inventory, $700M in logistics, and Supplier Quality for more than 7B parts received per month. Jeff left Aptiv and formed JSR Supply Chain Solutions LLC, a Supply Chain Management Consulting company, in April 2019. He is now focused on applying his leadership experience and knowledge to other companies and industries.

GM expands service parts distribution in Michigan
